Delete your account
Request deletion of your iotpush account (com.dasecure.iotpush) and all associated data. You do not need to install the app to do this.

What gets deleted
- •Your login and email address
- •Every topic you created, and all messages and delivery receipts in them
- •All registered devices and push tokens — notifications stop immediately
- •Your API keys, webhooks and webhook delivery logs
- •Your subscriptions to other people's topics
- •Replies and acknowledgements you sent from a notification
- •Your plan, usage counters and billing reference
What is kept, and for how long
- •Encrypted database backups may contain your data for up to 30 days before they are rotated out. They are not used to restore deleted accounts.
- •Messages you sent to another person's topic remain in that person's message history, with every reference to you removed.
- •Invoices and payment records are retained by our payment processor where tax and accounting law requires it.
